With back-to-back playoff appearances under their belt, Hull-Daisetta is looking for another successful run this year. The Ladycats are coming off a 19-win season with plenty of experience. Dacey Simmons is the reigning District Co-Offensive MVP after averaging 13.3 point per game while Lauren Hickman was named the District Newcomer of The Year. Add All-District First Teamers Bailey Luke and Gabrielle Lavine to the list of returners and you can see why Hull-Daisetta is the favorite in 24-2A.
The Ladycats are rolling so far with a (17-8) mark overall, including a (2-0) start in district action. One of those league wins include a 58-26 thumping of Evadale. Considering the Lady Rebels were picked second in 24-2A before the season started, the Ladycats are in the driver's seat early on.
